If you have questions about ordering custom t-shirts for your event, team, class or squad, then you've come to the right place!

Each order we complete here at Turnsole is custom-quoted based primarily on the information above! The type of apparel, the complexity/colors of the design, and the number of shirts you need all factor into the order cost. Occasionally we also include a rush order fee if you need a quick (less than two weeks) turnaround on your order. Please fill out our quote form and we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours.

You're not alone in not knowing where to start! There are a few bits of information that we need in order to get you an accurate quote and get your custom apparel order going:

1. What type of apparel are you looking for? T-shirts? Hoodies? Tanks? Do you have a brand in mind for your tees?

• Some people like soft blends, some people like thick cotton, sometimes it just depends solely on the cost. If you don't know a brand or blend off the top of your head, that's fine! Think about the thickness and fabric you're hoping to have for your tees and we can match you with a good brand at the right cost for your needs.

2. Do you have a design ready? Is it vector? Print-ready?

• Turnsole can print a max of 4 colors in a design with our screen printing press. Keep that in mind when putting a design together. Also, additional colors add an additional cost to each shirt. Simply put, one color is the cheapest option, 4 colors is the most expensive.

• 'Vector' means that the image is not a screenshot, png, jpeg, or some cases, a pdf. Instead, we need an editable pdf, an svg, eps or ai file. If you don't have this, that's ok! There is a design charge of $35/hour for us to convert your ideas into a print-ready, scalable, design.

• If you want us to come up with a design, we can do that as well. The $35/hour design fee applies here as well. In this case, anything helps even if you only have an inkling of an idea or direction you would like to go. Colors of the shirt or print, or other designs you like are great starting points for us to work from. We want the design to be A PERFECT FIT for what you want! If we have no starting point, we can definitely still get you some options. However, it typically takes a little longer and is therefore a little more costly. A typical design will only take 1-2 hours. This is also dependent on the complexity of the design and the amount of feedback and changes necessary. 

3. How many shirts will you need?

• IT'S OK IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN EXACT NUMBER! We've completed orders of 15 shirts and orders of 350 shirts. We do need a round or approximate number if we are going to get you an accurate quote. Unless you are ordering 1-15 tees (in this case we'll use our vinyl heat press instead of screen printing) then the cost per shirt goes down the more tees you order. We do not screen print less than 15 shirts as it is not cost effective for you or for us! If you do need a smaller order, check out our vinyl heat press option that's GREAT for small orders!

*If you are wanting to use t-shirts or sweatshirts for a fundraiser, we try to be as accomodating as we can on cost to make sure your fundraiser is as successful as possible!

Absolutely! With our vinyl heat press, we can add names and/or numbers to nearly any type of tee. We're happy to help you customize your shirt to help you cheer on your favorite player or get team tees with custom names and/or numbers.

With our experienced team of designers, we are more than happy to help you come up with a design. Please note that there is a $25/hour design fee for our time spent creating the best design for you apparel needs. A typical design will only take 1-2 hours. This is also dependent on the complexity of the design and the amount of feedback and changes necessary.
